An Eventful Week

^{A𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤…}

Twice a year all colleagues from abroad come to The Netherlands to gather at our headquarters in Winschoten for the General Sales Meeting. During these days there is time to talk to each other face-2-face about work related items but of course also to have a good time together. Diners and fun activities are organized to contribute to the team spirit.

_{𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐢𝐱 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐦𝐚 𝐘𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐭}

During the Sales Meeting last week, we organized the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training for the complete team. During 3 days, in total 6 groups got their training at our office. Herewith almost the complete company is now aware of what the lean principle is.

All colleagues participated with great enthusiasm and we can proudly say that the training is well received by everyone!

We would like to thank the trainers from Bureau Tromp once more. With such great enthusiasm and motivation they taught the colleagues the principles of Lean throughout theoretic information as well as playing the filter game. Especially the game, in which you could clearly see the idea behind Lean, was lots of fun.

_{𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠}

The first step into going Lean is set and looking towards the future, we believe that together we can become a lean organized company. In order to get there, we give colleagues the opportunity to also apply for the Green Belt training. The idea behind this is, the more colleagues having the Green Belt, the bigger the possibility of getting a lean organization.
